why? I really dont know why, i just wanna see this happen. /ho

Lol no, but really this would help sniper alot during the process instead of skid trapping etc etc and getting them off penuma, would also help snipers out alot to on champs and priest etc.

I thought Phantasmic Arrow always pierced Pneuma o_o. Last time I saw it (which was months ago), it ignored Pneuma and knocked the victim back like 4 units or something.
