About card slots

I'm new to this and yesterday i saw someone yelling out trying to sell a weapon, i forgot the weapon name for there's a [30] after it, like "name[30]", does that mean this weapon's got 30 card slots??? how's this possible?

But no, No weapon in ForsakenRO has more than 4 slots.

Coupons are like the currency on this server. People use them to buy almost everything, like, Donation Items, Event Gears, cards, etc. There's 2 type of coupons : Event and Donation. The main currency is Donation, but Event is worth more than the donation.

For future reference, I'm pretty sure it's impossible to get an item with more than 4 slots. A while ago, a person told me it was impossible when he tried to make his own server.
