And I'm not sure why it would open again, since there's a voting headgear that does the same effect, but even better. A hat with a Poring symbol sewn onto it. All stats +20 Slot: 1 Equips on: Upper Headgear Price: 30 Vote Coupons Note: This effect is the same for the Special Marin/Poporing/Poring and Drops hat! There's still a party-hat type thing, but with a poring. So if you would want the NYH back, it would be mainly for looks.
