Defiance Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Well, I really don't think it'll help but you might want to take your thoughts away from all of it temporarily. There's tons of things to do in this game that would keep you preoccupied for hours. Feel free to explore hidden quests, visit towns you haven't been to before, craft headgears (there's decent collectible headgears here that could be crafted), and etc. Seriously, this game isn't all about issues and drama. There's infinite possibilities out there. Relax and take a quick rest in the multitude of places you can visit. The RO world is vast. Don't take stuff to seriously. If you do, you'll get so absorbed in it that it'll eat... you... up. <3

By being monopolized by few people to a single guild. Also, talk about the effects it has done to many veteran/new players. I can usually do a level 1/1 novice to a 255/255 Reborn 2nd class in about 10 minutes or less. I think my record is around 4-6 minutes. Agh. But yeah, it's all good. I'm normally too lazy now and days unless you're my friend. >P EHhhh....Ya, back on topic

Sometimes, things doesn't work out the way we want it to be and we just have to deal with it. Then one day, you'll realize that you're just looking at it the wrong way. I am a veteran player of ForsakenRO, and I must say it already became a big part of my everyday life. PvP is just one thing, and then making friends is another. Don't take it too seriously. Its not whether you're in this guild or in this guild, its about being in the game. Games are meant to be won, and at the same time, it is meant to be lost at times. I lose 60% of my fights but I don't really complain. Heck, I even try to battle against my old RO friends just for the fun of it. Its just plain PvP fun, no regrets whatsoever. In the end, we're still friends (I think ^^; ). Its the internet. Take a few days off then come back. You'll be refreshed by the time you return.

There's no shame in that. Back in the other guild, we fought same team battles am I right? We won some, and lost some.

People get stronger at different rates, and people think differently as time goes on. Long ago, people fought 1 vs 1 and became extremely good at it, progressing towards taking on 2 at a time, then 5 at a time and so on and so forth. I was born in-game during those times. Now, its different. People grow stronger. The newbies I used to KOS on PvP have already caught up/surpassed my level. Its the way of society. And the demands of society right now is to avoid dying. People dislike dying. The old days demanded survival of the fittest, but the new time demands strength in numbers. Even if they get over their head about it, its nothing serious worth worrying about. If you react to their nonsense, then it'd be you who stooped down to their level. Want to get even? Fund a guild of strong stand-alone people. Train them to be organized and voila! You got an army. Its a game. As long as they don't break any rules and downright abuse people, then I don't see whats wrong with it.

Honestly, I hear more people QQ about guilds in game, and ganging and stuff then I do porn or religion. My gosh, this turned into a spam thread when all I wanted to see was some good QQ'ing. But srs, the spamming is making me QQ. Stop pls. Rant moar? =]

I had some close friends as members, and we WoE'd actively, albeit never keeping the emperium. Then, one day, we went to the top, going over every other guild. We had 50+ members, without counting the alts. My best friend stole all the Mejingjards from guild storage. [Edited] Then, I killed myself because I couldn't bear to watch my guild crumble into dust
