Nate. Posted September 6, 2008 Report Posted September 6, 2008 Heya Servais, welcome to the forsakenRO. Yes, you'll start to take a liking to the server over time. The events are very fun rofl. Max ASPD is 195, and instacast is usually around 130 - 145 dex depending on what class you are for the stat boosts.
