do they cancel each other out? or do they still have the effect?

uh, it doesnt stack the properties...but u wont get frozen i think the ED will dominate bec i tried that too and i didnt get frozen..hmm i dunno, people say that its not good so its not good :) try experimenting then decard if your not happy :) *high fives*

The freeze and SC immunity come from Undead property. If you compound ED+GR, GR will override ED's element for GR's ghost element. So no, you won't be immune to freeze.
