Yes, it's a typo. I've made multiple threads on typos such as this. But...

They fail to find the motivation to change it back.

Genesis tested both versions when we had a poll. I guess he decided to make it to 40%.

Gtb is still at original effect. There was multiple polls, and a week long test at 40%.

HOWEVER, it remained the same due to the fact slightly more then half the server

wanted it to be left at original.

So the card is still at original effect, they just never changed the description back.

So really, it's Zeit's or Gen's or one of them who has to change the text back still

Boo GTB shoulda been changed. On a server where 1 out of 10 kills drops a card. :| It pretty much makes all the magic classes useless
