Posted August 17, 2008 Report Posted August 17, 2008 it means that u can get donation coupons even w/o donating money via: Hunting quest items esp for elite equips and elite quest, making the elite equips and sell them, earn zennies and buy donation coupons for ppl and or hunt mvp and get their cards :P
