Count Jinto Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 Today at work I had to drill around 200 holes through titanium. Having to drill titanium sucks because you have to use a slow speed drill of 300 to 500 rpm because if you use a faster drill it will cause the titamium to heat up and when it heats up titanium gets stronger and also the shaving can catch fire, that realy sucks if that happens because a titanium fire is very hard to put out. And to make thing worse the holes I have to drill are over my head and it takes a lot of pressure and time to drill through it and now my arms is so dead.
