I have a few favorite bands L'Arc en Ciel M.O.V.E LiN Clover Ali Project Buck Tick Camino Ketchup Mania The Pillows Just to name a few. The ones in blod I have seen in person and have have spent a good amount of time talking to them. Some perks of being on staff for Sakura Con. :D

Terminus Posted June 30, 2008 Report Posted June 30, 2008 I used to listen to J music. All I know is, half of what you've listed is considered J-Pop. I think the only Japanese Band I would know of would be the Tokyo Yankees (Rock, popish?) or Morbid Axe (Grindcore).

Luna Sea (Inoran & Sugizo's solo careers too) BUCK-TICK (櫻井敦司 solo project also) Gackt Hyde (I like L'Arc~En~Ciel also but not as much as Hyde's solo career) And other random bands involved in the Visual-Kei movement. Solo Artists: Ayumi Hamasaki, Maaya Sakamoto, KOTOKO (And IOSYS is win <3)
