The Jelly Pirates never took on the name Pwnography. That was a merger of the current active guild members of both Aura and JP. That does not legally bind someone from expanding in their own ideas into JP. I personally (I being Harlock, Dahlgren, and Aedan) handed over the guild to Radical.V. because she felt the same thing I did about it. It's a guild for personalities of the server. People who love to have fun and enjoy themselves. Maybe even the outcasts. I'm not a member of the new JP, but I still support them head on.

tl;dr She's free to do whatever the hell she wants to with it. She only requires my permission. Please don't undermind Rad like that.

Hope Pwnography is working out well.

P.S. This thread is ancient, like.. my name still being Dahlgren ancient. Rad, I recommend you make a new recruitment thread and get some pretty banners and stuff. Bitches love pretty banners.
