In here, you will follow the rules of the SOTW, by failing to do so will lead you into a variety of punishments. So please read and follow them. [ Rule Number One ] Each week, a brand new SOTW topic will be started. So here is the plan for every week : Monday to Friday is the time for the artists to enter their artwork / digital design. Any late artwork will not be accepted. Saturday & Sunday is the time for the viewers to vote. The viewer will have to vote for one of the artwork and MUST give a valid reason why they would win. [ Rule Number Two ] For every artist that is participating, you will only be allowed posting one entry. Punishment : For posting more than one entry, the artist would be disqualified from the current week's SOTW. [ Rule Number Three ] The artists are forbidden to edit their entry. Punishment : By the viewers or the moderators noticing that your entry has been edited in any way, your entry will be disqualified from the current week's SOTW. [ Rule Number Four ] The artists that are posting their entry must be made in the week following. They're not allowed to use a previous signature that has been made in the past as an entry. Punishment : The artist who has used a signature that has been made in the past shall be disqualified. [ Rule Number Five ] For the artist that is entering the SOTW, the signature must be made by the artist. If you steal someone else's work, you will be punished. It is an illegal action and it's considered plagiarism. Punishment : The artist shall be disqualified for 2 weeks, the current week and the next. [ Rule Number Six ] If your signature is including a render, stock, brush or texture, the artist must post their resource through a link, or even posting it. If you do not, we may consider that the artist has just taken a signature from someone else and said it's theirs. Punishment : The artist's entry shall be disqualified from the current week's SOTW. [ Rule Number Seven ] When the artist is entering their entry, they must do the following : [img=LinkToTheImageHere] By failing to do so, it would lead to : Punishment : Leading to the artist to being disqualified. [ Rule Number Eight ] There is absolutely no flaming and spamming. Constructive criticism is welcome, and comments are too. You will be punished for flaming or spamming. Punishment : The person who has been flaming or spamming will be warned & be given a 24 hour post restriction. [ Rule Number Nine ] When the artist is posting their entry, they must list one character name to allow the adminstrator to put the prize on their account. If you do not post it and the SOTW already ended, you will not obtain the prize. [ Rule Number Ten ] There will never be a SOTW that had a same round as before. ( Unless it's freestyle that is. ) [ Rule Number Eleven ] When posting an entry, the artist must know that their signature must not exceed the size of 550 x 550. Punishment : By doing so, the entry will not count, and the artist will be disqualified.
