A guild member requires a few things: - Guild Loyalty - Guild Solidarity - Guild Etiquette - Teamwork You can withdraw if you think you cannot match these requirements. The guild name will be to inspire the server, the players and the whole community. I really dont know L2aim very well, but I think he would be a better leader than you are. Just seeing people get motivated by this thread shows his pontential.
