Just because of a little light blue color, flashy brushes, and strokes of your mouse by doing so makes you a winner? Please. So you're saying that's all I did? There was more to the PSD. A lot of time & effort was carefully put into this work. Also are you saying that you're judging mine of how easily it can be done? If I could do the same thing then I could've just said that you took a render and just slapped on some C4D's and text. So what's the point? And I'm only defending myself and stating my own opinion.

Like that thing on youtube where that fat chick got turned into a skinny hot chick. Unless you created it from scratch OR drew something, made the line art, colored it in, and then made a sig out of it. Then, I clap for you.

Than I suggest you not use another FORM of art (aka your picture you used). I demand you put more effort into it and just use the TOOLS given in photoshop. No i'm not JUDGING anything, I don't know you and I don't care. I simply put my intuition into things and it comes out right. I never said your work was crap. I said your work was "ok" it was of standard measure and not of excellence. Yes I slapped on that PICTURE of a PERSON. Everything else including that "GREEN" thing that looks like a cape was done through the program it'self. As for the background it was a simple "CLOUD" done through photoshop. And I don't care if you're a GM. It doesn't mean you can win (and yes i'm saying this for a reason). Because everyone takes the side of a GM.

The message I get from you is that you judge by the effects they've done and how easy it was. Art is not meant to be really difficult things that just happen to look good; it's the message that it sends to the viewer. The simplicity also applies too. That's what important about art. Although this is digital art, it's still art either way. Ami wins. Why does she win? She wins because her signature is brilliant (no pun intended). It is simple, with a well chosen stock. The bright complexion off the face of the character is well done. The stars from the stock adds to the design of the actual signature. It looks like shes looking into the sun with the wind blowing off her golden complexion. The lettering is perfect. It is sharp, percise, and well chosen. Why do I not like the other contestants? Versace's signature is abstract, intelligent, and original. However, the lettering is off, it is kind of dull and unclear. It hurts my eyes after seeing the lettering after awhile. Its like seeing if fire is hot after burning myself once. Walsh - I like your simple design, your render + text. It is simple, and good since you seem to be new with PS. Its a great start, and I would like to crown you the winner but you see, well... I see no text. Its plain. Too plain. Blueberry - Its great! I love how the light shines off her body, giving her a nice tan. Then theres the abstract markings on her, which develops the texture of her skin. However, like Versace's, the texting is a bit off, it doesn't really "mix" with the actual signature, I also do not understand what "Deception" has to do with the signature? Because she really doesn't have tanned skin? She's actually a ho? What? A decepticon? Well, other than that, its a great piece of work. Kittie - Same as Blueberry. I don't get what you mean by chapter 13. Are you reading up to there in a book? The RO chapters? If it is the RO chapters, then what does that have to do with a girl lying on her back? But that person who has lived of 5 years has a different view of life than the 30 year old. The 5 year old had a different experience, a different life. That is why your graphics design and anyone else's is not the same. We are not professionals at the field. Its like saying you can criticize an astronomer if you are an astronaut. They both work on the same topic, the stars. However, they see things in a different light than others. You can't criticize one stupendously on a branch topic that you have minor experience in. Unless of course, you use my flaming guide. Then, you can be anyone.

But anyway yeah I can see your point of view but the person who's lived 25 years longer has had more experiences thus making him a person of higher stature, knowledgeable, and a person who has seen things through more years of experience.

Yeah, I got some attention AFTER I told you guys to stop posting. Seeing a problem after it happened? HMM... I like to prevent problems BEFORE they happen. Now we got nearly a page of nonsense about people's works. You could have said that bull during the voting stage and stated it as criticism. Both of you. Even though NOBODY else started a SOTW, and I started one, planning to pay in my own coupons. You guys came in and had to do this, and brought negative attention.
