should the sprites have actions they can use

Well a friend wanted me to post this topic since she was unable to. She wants actions we can do like hug, handshake, etc... She said she wants a motion where you can kiss another person in the game. This is considering she just got met her BF. I think she got the idea for it from the picture on ratemyserver.net when those sprites were kissing each other. Soooo...thats how this happened. GM team, I would appreciate it if you would create the actions and noble Forsaken Ragnarok players, I would love to hear your opinion about this.

I believe you've expected the obvious answer that would be stirred up:

Even though it is a good idea, I admit, but it put an enormous workload on GM's shoulder.

Gravity didn't even bother to include this in thier client upgrades, why? Besically a custom gear has to be view from 8 sides, so that means 8 still frames to do with Dragon Aura being an exception. Dragon Aura has a bunch of still frames that animate when you walk or attack, but it looks the same from the 8 sides.

Now imagine player sprites. Suppose that a kissing animation to the adjacent right cell takes 10 still frames to execute

8 PoVs = 80 frames

leaning bodies of all different 35 jobs = 80 x 35 = 2800 frames to be edited.

You demand that it should be able to kiss the left adjacent cell, too. The character sprite can't be mirror-flipped therefore = another 2800 frames.

Hug = another 2800 frames.

On top of that the GMs has to deal with maintenance, development and everyday dilemmas like abuse reports.

My favor of your idea = 9.5/10. Feasibility = 0.

Suggesting is not a crime, but if you go ahead with shoving this idea to the GMs after you read this I'm going to start labeling you "Merciless one"

Have you tried ROII (3D-RO) yet? I think it's out in Korea and iirc the bodily functions are availible.

She says "I see your point. I also understand that it would take lots of effort. Also, if that were to happen, this could become a very popular server. Then there would be more donations and... Well you get the point. Lastly, I would never go shoving this in a GMs face. Im not that rude or mean."
