ViciousGamer04 Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 This thread was inspired from a thread on another site where a newbie(At least on the forums, maybe not the game?) was mixing up some in-game terms, as well as simple forum terms and they were really silly mistakes! Basically, the point of this thread is a place for beginners, newbies, oblivious, and others that somehow get in-game and forum terms mixed up to stop on by here and read through the thread to help them fix their mistakes & become more knowledgeable of basic terms & flaws they may have. Some examples of things that people should touch up on for the "newbies": Defining Scamming, PVP, dueling, banning, spamming, trolling, reporting, warning, downtime, server, donates, currency, exchange rates, search button, and etc etc. (I'll update this list, and probably write out definitions of each as I think of them if I get bored enough, and if not hopefully you guys will carry this thread to help out all those newbies out there.) Please don't spam this thread, it's meant to help newbies. Also, if you really aren't sure of yourself when posting up information about a certain subject it's probably best that you don't post at all.

The only thread I see pinned in the questions section is, "Solution to most Gravity errors."? or did I misunderstand you when you said questions section? I found the thread here in the general section.. but uh, my threads a bit more different. I mean broad terms. I don't mean explaining about the tailor, how to use the warper etc. I mean more.. game slang? forum slang etc? There isn't really anything like that, and that thread definitely doesn't touch up at all on what I want this thread to be. Anyways. I just wanted this to be kind of a broad thread. I didn't really see any fitting the kind of thread I was interested in making soo. Hence why this one was born! =O

And once we have a nice chart of informations it may get pinned. Once you respond to this post, I'll start editing my previous posts according to your plan, alright?

I suppose a more... professional-sounding one would be better.
