I guess i will give a few criticize on it.

Text : Try not to use Belevel and Embross too much sometime's they look kinda gay, Text is a lil too big maybe need to find one which fit's the style.

Render : Maybe you can add some effect's on the sword so it won't look really bored. try blend the render abit.

Background : if im not wrong it's just brushes, try use smudge or some filters it might look much more cooler.\

I will rate this 4/10 if i need to rate :P

Everything looks a little random. Try to stay away from graffiti fonts; most of the time they don't work out. Bevel & Embossing looks nicer on smaller fonts or fonts that aren't that fat. I'm sure you can do better for the background as well. Instead of starting all over on something else try taking this and fixing things, try different things you like and your composition as a whole will come out better. Give yourself room to become better :] <3

Finally a mugen sig! Looks good but the font is a bit odd.

Thanks for putting the constructive criticism in a nice way instead of putting it on top of a stick and beating me with it. I'll try to put the advice into work. ^_^
