Fattening Foods.

I'm curious on what are the most fattening foods out there, anything you've eaten before that has given you chubbier cheeks? I'm trying to get chubbier cheeks since well, I was kind of told by alot of people that I'd look much cuter with chubbier cheeks so yeah. Any other body fat I could easily lose. If anyone has any information upon this please do help me. Thank you.

Like how chubby of cheeks r u looking for?

Not like, fat boy chubby, but a little bit more extra chubbiness. I don't know how to specify on how much unfortunately.

Pack up on fatty meat like hamburger (but try not to eat too much buns) and bacon, salami, or any marbled meat you can get. Oily fish like salmon and mackerel, nuts like cashew, whole milk, cheese and eggs, all can contribute to your weight with many minerals to stabilize your body with all that gain.

Cake, soda, ice cream and pastries are the shortcuts to chubbiness, but it ruins your health with excessive sodium(yes, there're salt in cakes) and sugar intake for years to come. Stay off chips and any kind of fried dough, too.

And stay toned so you'd have the muscles to burn them fat out when you want.

Well GL hope you become a fatso or chubbier or whatever.

Thanks but I don't want to be physically fat, I'm just gonna turn all the fat into muscle like I've been doing for like, basically most of my life so I won't get fat fat :(

I'm not going to advocate this, since I'm more turned on by guys with gaunt faces (defined bone structure).

Chubby cheeks = gross. Lol. Sacrifice the boy-cuteness for some man-hotness - I think most, if not all girls know what I'm talking about.

Serenity: Remember Lawrence Stiers? His face is PERFECT.

Besides, I'm no health expert but it seems like gaining weight in JUST your cheeks is almost impossible - you'll run the risk of gaining weight in your neck ... undefined jawlines are so gross.

Issue though, this is too skinny.

Thats a three day old pic of me but look at the bony-ness in it, I wasn't even biting hard and you could see the entire muscle structure on the face. Yes my jaw muscle connects with my cheekbone, I think it's normal to have it like that.

Haha. I have no idea why you think that's "too skinny". D: Looks wayy fine to me. But I think you're pulling in your lower lip when you took that picture, which elongates your face a bit - causing your cheeks to look less full.

My cheeks are like POOLS of fat, omg.

Im kinda skinny myself cause I have a high metabolism. Meaning I burn fat really fast. And I've been doing a bit off research, best food for muscles are meats, and eggs.

For fat is

- Butter

- Ice cream (contains milkfat)

- Cheese

- Meat fat

- Coconut oil

But for some odd reasons peanuts and any other type of nuts are good for both muscles and regular fat. So if I were you, I'd stick with nuts.

SEE? WTF. ):

I wasn't pulling my lower lip unfortunately, my face is so skinny that it looks bony and stupid.

Lol. Maybe you just need to pump up your lip via collagen injections.

Issue being, I'm not fat regardless of my attempts to gain weight, I've been 160 for 4 years long now.

And why didn't you told me in the first place that you need to get fat and later turn it into muscles. Yeah, resort to fatty meats/fish/nuts/ 3-4+EGGS A DAY is a way to go. Don't forget to eat nuts and veggies like celery if you're actually going with the eggs so the cholesterol won't clog you up that much.

And to get maximum benefits from eggs, they should be lightly poached (and not fried) to the point that the whites are cooked but the yolks are still runny. RAW is GROSS, though.

You made a typo in your signature; It's supposed to be ( and* stuff ) if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for the help, you helped me so I attempted to help you sir :)

I'll take that into mind, craploads of fats but with no restraint. Hopefully I don't get like, obese for a bit then turn it into muscle, I've been talking to this girl lately that appreciates my body D:

Alot.

I've seen the typo but keep forgetting to correct that, lol.

As long as you don't eat too much sugar or carbohydrates you'll be fine.

Ah alright thanks then, I'll look out for those. I think I've gathered enough information now to better my physical body then, a GM may close this. Hope I could get bigger after this, I have enough muscle for my weight.
