GodspeedXIII Posted April 25, 2008 Report Posted April 25, 2008 My upper body strength sucks so I can do like only 120 for bench. Squat: Never tried. Powerclean: 2 Bedrooms and a kitchen. I got 540 for one-legged calf raises, though. It's no bull, because I'm a fast-pedalling drummer.
