Torrent Download Problem need help!

Hi everyone! I'm having problems while downloading the game at utorrent. It seems that the torrent can't locate the files in red because the source of the file is offline/unavailabe at the moment. Does anyone know about the Peer where I can download the missing files? Any suggestions or alternate solutions? TIA! (Here's a screenshot)
