Help! My character stuck in Payon!!!

Help! My Character stuck in Payon (location «pay_arche»)! When i try enter to game by my character, application hangs and crashes. How come back to capital of forsaken world!?

Hi,

You need reset the position of your character in the control panel:

Control Panel Login >> My account >> Select your character >> Reset Position. ?

and also don't forget to update your fRO.
