please help with skills

Please can someone awnser me? im newbie and everytime I try to use desperado or full buster or spread attack it says "equip the proper ammunition first" i check the correct weapon is equiped and i tried every ammo but nothing seems to work

U need a minimum amount of bullet to use the skills. Check the requirements for each skill. If I remember correctly it's 10 bullet for Desperado, 2 for full buster and so on. ?
