Take note of those things presented to you by [GM]Moon, those are pretty much everything you'll ever need as a newbie to this game. Don't worry, a lot of people here are helpful, though not everyone. It's going to be a bit difficult at first but things will get easier eventually. I suggest you try making friends. Meeting new people will help you to enjoy this game more.
