Problem with a map?

Hi there, I have a problem... I have 2 characters heading to the payon map right outside payon dungeon, it loads 100% and  it crashes I need some help~~~

You can reset you position in the control panel,

Control Panel -> https://forsaken-ro.net/cp/

Panel> My account > Click your character name > Reset position
