how can i redeem vote points and where can i buy the item? in the game or in the site? pllss help

You can redeem the vote items through the site. After that, go to trader room (Vote Redeemer : @warp for_bar 246 300) in fcity to get the items.

but it always say zero pending redemption and i have 75 vote points in the site

Purchase the item 1st on the site. if done purchase on the site you can redeem it in token trader room in fcity.

1 vote item usually need 50 vote points.
