Danger Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 Hello Reading the info from ratemyserver.net database, seems that the item you mention is a drop from another item called Jewerly Box and that You need to complete a quest to get that boxes Honestly, I dont know if the quest is enabled (the first npc is there, but dont know about the others). If you really wish to get that item you can try to complete quest :) Also if you want better bonus than the + %10 hp that it offers, you can try our custom quests for accessories (the quest guide used to exist on our wiki, but its messed up right now, so just talk to npc at for_elite 65 100 and follow the npc instructions)
