when ever i try to start the launcher nothings shows up but square with only "close" "minimize" button :(

well for this i think you should go to fkenRO folder and run Opensetup.exe change the screen size of the game and on the bottom you will see LUA and Reg... make sure its on LUA... then just click okay.... then run the game... :O if not then just try what GM Danger just mention

easy to fix download old setup for ragnarok.. =) before my screen is small now i can change
