Loading Screen Stops At 3% Then Client Crashes

Hi! I'm a newbie here!

I just downloaded the 3rd job primary download and extract it to my current kRO folder. Then on my first try on logging in, there's no error but when i used @go 0, my client stops at the 3% loading screen then crashes after. I triend many times on logging in my character but it always stops and crashes.

Can someone help me? Thanks!

just an update. i tried editing my RO folder earlier and now the crash error shows this and not a code like the above.

Can't find DbgHelp.DLL !!!

i hope you guys help us quick.

I already have the answers guys. Try opening the properties on the Fkenro app. go to compatibility then click the troubleshoot. just follow the instructions and you can load your game after that.
