KJM Posted May 11, 2016 Report Posted May 11, 2016 I've just returned to playing RO and the server after I don't know how long away - quite some time. Upon logging in, I've found all my characters are now named "null" and I get an error and immediately booted off when I try to look at my characters. Is there some way I can fix this? I'd like to play again. I don't mind if this means all my characters have to be deleted, I can level again.
Danger Posted May 11, 2016 Report Posted May 11, 2016 HelloFirst of all, welcome back to fRO :)Make sure you are up to date with patches and updates (to avoid any error on that matter)Next, try reset all your characters look and location on control panel.If after that you still get errors, file a ticket and we will try to help you with this ok? Lastly, to fix the "null" names you will have to re-make the chars :/ (be sure that you remove any item from them before delete)
