[Solved] Donation Item Striking Leopard Cap Stats Not Right

So i purchased striking leopard Hat, and on the item description it says +10 to all stats, [ninja] +20% hp, +20str.

now when i equip it with all my F.King armor it only gives me +20. and not +30 or even +40, since full f.King set is +10 stats, hat itself is +10, and str+20. So technically it should be +40 to str and +20 to all other stats, but instead it isn't the case. Plz help maybe i misread the item.
