Regarding L. Arrow Quest

I'm kinda baffled about this one.

Let's say I've completed the quest and made 4 L.arrows

So what if I want to make another arrow the next day or beyond?

Should I redo the quest at the beginning or I just need to present the mats needed to make the arrow?

The guide I read didn't mention about this.

As long as you've done the first part of the quest you can make unlimited number of arrows as long as you have wooden hearts and the other item. No need to re-do the first part.
