#7300: Gemstone

In the item database it shows we can buy this #7300: GEMSTONE from NPC, any one know where is the NPC?

Possibly is a error on db, as far i know the item is only dropped from Taogunka

The fRO item DB almost always show npc buy value (just 2x selling price). Like ID 17522: SNIPER JACKET OF THE DAMNED for 20z (donate item for 20z, i wish)
