Bring Back The Old Style(thana Room)

please bring back the old style so all players can use the thana room, the new thana room is mobbed with hoarders

Whether its new or old, as far as I remember people always hoard Thana Room.

Rather then back to the old method, better to think up a new way so the current hoarder method can't work anymore.
