Can't Play On My Sniper Anymore

I warped in Mora which was fully empty (was searching for hunters arrows) and i tried to warp at the upper/left warp portal of the town, then the game crashed and send me this :

Is it possible to TP my character somewhere else

Btw the game crashes often, (i use Windows 8.1) any tips ?

Try resetting your character's position using your account's Control Panel at forsaken-ro.net/cp

Once you've logged-in, click on "My Account", then choose the character that is stuck.

On the next page find and click on the "Reset Position" and/or the "Reset Look" options.

After a confirmation, check to see if you are still getting any errors in game.

Well you can buy arrows in the mall or quest for them .. and snipers don't consume arrows anyway .
