Veracity Posted June 19, 2015 Report Posted June 19, 2015 Release small updates roughly every 2 weeks. Focus on suggestions, fixing bugs, and game play improvements. Hold staff to high standards. Have performance reviews of each staff member every month. Be better about moderating activity, and removing inactive staff. Re-structure staff, or re-organize in a way it's more business-like and professional. Have managers to oversee certain roles. Look for more community members to be involved with development and/or consultation.
