Ohki Posted May 30, 2015 Report Posted May 30, 2015 Not sure if this was overlooked when Sprint Rings got disabled or if it was just shrugged off like "Hey, you can't really do anything wearing all that anyway," but it does still work while wearing 3 Kiels if you're wearing it with the Sprint Armor+Shoes set... It's a low drop rate though, like 2% I think? Anyway, all the other cast-delay reducing stuff like Expert Ring/Diabolus Robe/Sniping Suit/etc have been disabled as well. Quote
