theanother Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 make or give a reward for players who reports bugged items so you can encouraged them to make file tickets for bugged items, us players suffer for this kind of thing, i collect headgears and if i knew that hat doesnt work on champ i should have never bought that in the first place. this hat is wayback last year ago GM's should have knew about this bugged items long time ago 1
Bishop Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 I completely disagree. Players shouldn't need rewards to want a bug to be fixed. Reporting bugs is for the well-being of the server, not for selfish profit making. If you're unable to equip it on the champion class only, that means we have prevented a bug from being abused with that item. Depending on some sprite and act files some moving sprites either work well or they don't in combination with fury/asura strike. This is why certain items are not applicable on the champion class at this very moment.
theanother Posted April 5, 2015 Author Report Posted April 5, 2015 kindly read the description in the item first before commenting sir, did i wanted this to happen? next time put a clear description in the token shop before this server sell this item, us players are the victims here, like if i knew this item is not suitable for champs then i would'nt bought this thing in the first place. this is your responsibility no us players.
Veracity Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 I do agree we should add something to the description of the hat and mention it in the Token Shop as well. Genesis already responded to your ticket and said he would be willing to help you if you provide screenshot proof. Alternatively, you could always sell the hat to someone else or use it on a different class.
x2424x Posted April 5, 2015 Report Posted April 5, 2015 (edited) why do genesis needs screen shot?. is he not the one who made description of the custom items on the game?.and i think its too unfair for the buyer, because he/she only depends on the item description.its not the buyers fault.i think its not hard for an admin who controls the game to give refund for this kind of situation. I do agree that if it's disabled for champions to prevent issues that it should be added to the description. Genesis has given you instructions on what to do so we can help you. Please follow those instructions.
