Help! Sniper Slowed Down

"sorry you must be below 200 to use this item's original effect"

I was attacking monsters really fast with my sniper and then when I reached lvl 200 his attack speed became REALLY REALLY SLOW (or normal rate) and I try any other bow and the message still pops up and he's still slow in attacking

If you're using the Wings / Jumping Poring Hat that you recieve at the start: They stop working at level 200 I think

I bought the ballista bow and I was going really fast, it said in the description that it does not work after 200 so I get it, but when I tried other bows the effects are the same :(

You'll have to unequip the starter set you get. this set will give large bonusses until level 200. But remove stats/effects once 200+.

Try getting the freebie headgears from the freebie npc and the ballista fromthe starters pack only works when you're low leveled.... :( thats the way it goes.... try chaging your stats to adjust your attack speed....*i assume its attack speed

You can buy items like ship captains hat with activity tokens.... though you will have to earn like hundreads of that before you can buy anything with that xD

you can check the items in the vote redeemer building on the left side of Fcity.... lower left, the building in front of the quest room.... you will see the rows of npc there talk to the guy . the third one... he will ask you which token.... look it at the activity tokens
