how many days does it take to transfer an account to a new email add? What makes you so long to process it? Ares Veracity are the only ones who replied on my ticket and here i am waiting and still waiting hoping for it will be transferred...i know you guys are humans too but that transferring an account doesn't take you so long,,,why i know? because a friend of mine in real life was once an admin too....it doesn't event take an hour or a day bro

Genesis has been very busy, I'll ask him to handle this for you as soon as he's able to. We're very sorry for the delay. In the future, if you need assistance from Genesis, you can always add him to Skype (jorgeluisf350) and speak with him directly.
