gununglama1 Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 I forgot my old account's pass,also same with the email.But i know that account still exist,because i tried to log-in with almost similar password that i could remember,but it did said *Incorrect Password*.That means the account still exist,but with wrong password.GM,Please help in possible ways.Ty
sartorius19 Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 i really dont know if you can recover your password without the email. But try to file a ticket about this.
pixel9986 Posted January 6, 2015 Report Posted January 6, 2015 If u know the e-mail, the username and the name of your characters, there is a option on ticket system that recovers your password. it will be easier if u know all the infos about your old acc, then send a ticket to them.
