Can't Reset Stat Cause Overweight (but The Fact Is Not!) And Instant Casting

I want to reset stat, then I got warning that I am overweighted. I checked and I am not overweighted and there is no icon in the right top corner that indicate overweight (not 50% overweight not 90% overweight)

Also, I have 116 + 60 dex in High Wizard with base level 200. But there is still casting time.

Anyone know the problem is?

Make sure you have enough zenny(Like 10k zenny, to make sure) and that your inventory is practically empty. What is your STR right now? You should really try to get to level 255 and add more to STR. THEN you can try to reset your Stats.

Unequip the freebie Forsaken Wanderer Helm thing which gives you a massive -stat deduction after lv200.

move all your items on Alt + E to storage then try to reset :D
