Can These Items Be Obtained Through Quests?

Can these items be obtained through quests? Because before I started playing fRO, I read that donation items could be obtained through quests (if not the same exact items, something pretty much close to donation items themselves).

So my question is, can these be obtained through quests? And if yes, how and where do I start the quest?

No, artifacts can't be done by quest, only donation items that You can get trought quest are:

Oh, I see. Thank you! Just a bit bummed out that what they said about "donation items being obtainable" wasn't completely true.

Donation items can indeed be obtained without donating but not through quests.

It is called donation items simply because they are a by product of donatiions.

They can be obtained by farming and getting enough money to purchase them in-game from players who have em. So in that case it is not just exclusive to those who donates but can also be acquired by people who don't donate.Compared to other servers that doesnt allow donation items to be trade-able thus, bmaking them exclusive to those who donates.

The things desi up there aforementioned are examples of non-donation gears but is almost exactly as the donated ones.

+there are a lot of vote items worth purchasing as they are originally classified as donation items.

There actually is a non-donation/questable version of the artifacts/belts, which are the Legendary Gauntlets. They are only 5 stats less, and don't have a slot. :)
