Forsaken King Vs Vote Forsaken King?

Is there a difference between the two sets? On the Tokenshop it says the full Forsaken King set also gives Freeze Resist, +10 All States, and +5% HP. This is not listed for the Vote Redeeming Store. But the Forsaken RO "Getting Started" page explicitly states that the donation and vote Forsaken items have the same exact stats.

Just wanted to make sure. Thanks!

EDIT: While we're at it... How can we redeem our vote items? One of the threads said to go to the Control Panel, and I cannot find the redemption area anywhere. Thanks again :P

Basically they are the same and grant the same effect, but you cannot mix them, if you do you will not receive the bonus effect of the Full Set.

Also the vote is un-tradeable.

Vote is also incompatible with valk helms other than the vote valk helm. So you cant wear the fancy hats and still get the effects.
