I can't play the game because It looks like this in every map

I have tried to reinstall, change setups and resolutions, etc, nothing works

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

If your on windows 8, get an older PC. This server is pre-renewal. System requirments for this game were made in like 2003, newer systems can't handle it.

Try scrolling, you also see this when you're zoomed out way too much.
