Game Download Troubles

Hi im a new here i just see this game in the net and kind a try it so i download it as per the instruction in installation guide seen in the page. My problem now is my all-in-one v4.1.exe wont work :(. I've made a shoutout regarding in this problem and someone told me that to reinstall the all-in-one.exe. i tried it and its still the same once i tried to open the file it the folder will turn in (not responding).

I try also the small patcher but as the application attemping to connect with the server. it failed

please kindly help me i tried fixing it 3 days for now :( thanks

Try downloading the Torrent version of the All-in-One patcher instead, rather than the exe file.
