Unfair Effect Of Non Donation Ring To Vote Cape :d

Good morning GM's and everyone, I have a suggestion for the effect of Non Donation ring because its no fair to those who questing for it than to vote and easily get a vote cape..vote cape are give more effect than ND ring but its only a vote I hope that the effect of ND ring are:

7% walking speed

5% damage for demhuman

5% decrease damage for demhuman

5% max hp

5% mas sp

15% allstat

because the price of ND ring are more cheaper from the old price 750 tp 800 toks now 300 to 400 now, I think to it can be more effect more value can get on ND ring..

ND ring are useless from now because of that vote cape I hope that you give more value to those player who questing in your Ragnarok.

Always on my mind but too lazy to mention this. Need Super Novice player input for this one though, since ND Ring used mostly by SN.

I suggest to put the current ND Ring Effect for comparison. and +15 is the correct stat i suppose not %, as it will be a huge difference.

Nevertheless ND rings are quested and raided for, so having more stats and boost wouldnt be so bad afterall, but the boost should all be applicable to all jobs as it is what it is intended for, a general use i must say.
