niteban Posted July 29, 2014 Report Posted July 29, 2014 (edited) Hello so I have 150 dex and 195 agi, how come I'm not able to spam my skills, for example when i use storm gust I always have to wait around 2 seconds before casting the another storm gust or spell, but when i see others play high wizard they can nonstop spam their skills.
