Hrist Posted February 28, 2008 Report Posted February 28, 2008 Ragnarok, the dawn of the gods is nearing. Several battles between humans, spirits, and demons have been waged throughout the years, but the war is far from coming to a close. Despite of countless stories of war heroes' glories and triumphs told, none of these seemed to matter in reality. Those stories only served as an instrument for the people not to live in fear and continue believing that there is still hope. Although it seemed futile, they still continued to live in despair, caught up in a bloody and violent war that never seemed to end. The dragoons, a horde of fearful demons attacked Forsaken City, almost leading it to its demise. King Theodore II, led the brave army of the legendary "Forsaken Elites" onto the battlefield, even though they were greatly outnumbered. They were the glorious warriors of the kingdom, risking their lives for the sake of their beloved ones they left behind. No matter how high the stakes were, they still marched on, setting aside the the fear that were slowly tearing them apart. It was an unforgettable event that will remembered throughout the history, written with their own tears and blood. Prince Theodore the third never ascended his father's throne even after 50 years. He devoted his whole life searching for his father's whereabouts, even if he knew it was already too late. The loss of his father deeply saddened him as a young boy back then, and until now his feelings never changed. Even though his late King's remains were never found, the prince already knew that his father would never return. In order to carry on his father's legacy, Prince Theodore the III continued his search of strong warriors all over Schwarzwald, worthy of carrying the title of Forsaken Elite. Chapter 1: Dilemma "My prince!", a guard suddenly came barging in. Prince Theodore lazily leaned to the right, not even startled. He still had that worried and pained look in his eyes, not even lifting an eyebrow to grin just a bit. "What brings you all of a sudden?", the prince eyed the young soldier. The guard knelt down before his prince, still trying to catch his breath. His knees were still trembling, accompanied with heavy huffs of breath. "D...Dra...Dragoon warlord!" the soldier stammered in fright. The prince's eyes widened at the news. "What?! Are you positive about this?!" He exclaimed as he rose up from his seat. "Y-yes sir..." The soldier spoke with teary eyes before collapsing from a mental breakdown. "...." The prince stroked his chin. He sat back on his chair and stared blankly at the high ceiling, not even paying attention to the fainted soldier. "We need the Forsaken Elites."
Hrist Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 The heart of Ymir, a mystical core located in the middle of Yuno, was said to grant powers beyond human imagination to those who are worthy. Travelers and adventurers alike had sought after this power, but none were the same after they returned. It was either they failed, or they lost their own sanity. But rumors has it that a select few had passed through Ymir's heart, and transcended beyond mortality. They were the "Transcendent Ones". They walk amongst common humans with pride, carrying with them hundreds of years of experience, and power granted by the gods themselves. Although some take pride in their transcendence, others live in hiding of their true selves, spending every day in fear that their secrets might be revealed. What ever reason they may have, their unsurmountable power still remains within. Chapter 2: Heart of Ymir ".....Are you ready brave one?" A voice resonated in the air. It was cold and dark all over the deep and winding under ground passages in the Yuno Sage guild, the rumored place where the heart of Ymir was supposed to be located. A young man stood there, glowing with the surrounding battle aura of countless monsters he had defeated, manifesting into a radiant glow. He was at the ends of his journey, last being the final challenge, Transcendence. "Yes I am ready to embrace a new reality that awaits me." He spoke with brave eyes. A bit of silence ensued, followed by the sudden roar from the burning crucible of Ymir. It was blazing in all of its golden fury, with steam emanating from its every cracks and crevices. The gateway to a new world has opened! The heart of Ymir was taking his humanity in, absorbing his every years of pain, triumphs and glory into the radiant void. All of the battles he had fought, the misery of losing a loved one, and the title of "Hero" seemed insignificant now. Everything shall come to an end. After his whole being was devoured, the gate closed, the flames had finally subsided, and was followed by a long and eerie silence throughout the room. Whatever became of that the young man would never come to light. Or so he thought... "......" "..... ungh. Where am I?" "..... who am I?" Birds chirping and beautiful rays of sunlight filled his eyes as he gazed into the so-called "new world". Although he was certain that he was there for a reason, he cannot remember a single thing. But even with memory lost, why was everything so familiar? He stood up, but everything felt so huge. He walked weakly, still unsure why he felt that way. He worked his way up the path, and then finally realizing he was on the graveyard behind a large church. He emerged into the light, and then he was amazed at what he saw next. "Welcome to Prontera!" A young girl smiled at him. It was a child around the age of 12, with round eyes that were full of life. She held his hands and pulled him from behind the wall, dragging him away from the shadows from where he came. "Uhh... do I know you?" the young man asked. It was strange though. He remembered being an adult, but why does that girl seem even with his own height? He looked at his hands... They were small! Everything was different! He doesn't remember anything in relation to himself, but he does remember this feeling. It was the path of the Novice Adventurer! But why did he revert to such a form? Why of all things a child? There were too many questions in that large head of his, but nothing made sense at all. Feeling defeated in some way, he stopped and looked down on the bricked road. The girl stopped dragging him, but she continued holding onto his hand. She leaned a bit to the young boy, and whispered something at his ear while giggling. "I do not know you at all. When I arrived here, I was puzzled too. But when I saw you, I felt like I've known you in a previous life. I do not know why I am doing this either, but your presence drew me to you. You and me, and this meeting was never a coincidence. Call it crazy, but I call it..." "Destiny." And thats where it all began. That girl, that smile, and my sudden transformation, was just the beginning of a new adventure ahead of me. (Chapter 3 coming soon)
Arcane Posted February 29, 2008 Report Posted February 29, 2008 Wow~~~~ Nice stories~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ xDD I like the 2nd chapter~ Especially the ending~ The part where she says that it's Destiny~~ xDD I like it~~
Hrist Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 Chapter 3: Remember I could remember it like it was just yesterday. We were walking just like this in Prontera, holding hands like young lovers without a care in this world. Yes we were lovers even before, but none of those were clear to us back then. The heart of Ymir had removed every trace of impurity in our being, from our worldly possessions, down to the smallest malevolence in our hearts. Even the scars left by the passing of time were removed from us. Heartaches, jealousy, sacrifices, lust, everything. We were reborn back into purity in this impure world. When I arrived here, all I had was questions in this blank head of mine. Then you came into my life. That was when I realized you were the answer to everything. They were all new faces to us, and all we had was ourselves. There were large establishments all over, and the town was always full of people. Merchant stalls were everywhere, and adventurers showing off their skills. We were basically lost in a large and bustling town. Remember when we got chased down by a Merchant's pet Matyr? Yes, it was all good back then. And how I could never forget our first encounter with that creepy Kafra lady. She was like, scary beyond reason. I could recall her squatting down and squeezing me with those arms of hers. I was being suffocating by her, urhm... "Pillows". "....." "Oh, hi there cutie /lv", the Kafra lady smiled. The boy looked up with a bewildered look in his eyes. "Awhh... so cuuuuute. I just wanna eat... you... up. <3" the Kafra lady giggled. "Uh... do I know you?" the boy asked while nervously backing away little by little. "C'mere and give big sister some love!", the Kafra lady pounced down on the poor boy and smothered him with kisses. The boy struggled with all his might, but to no avail. He tried calling out to his companion, but the little girl also froze in fear. "Omfg, halp! Urk... Perv! Oh, ah... stoppp!! Reira! Halp meeeee!" ".... (Passed out)" It turned out that the Kafra lady recognized me the moment she laid eyes on me. Being a Kafra, she knew who was who, no matter how hard they changed their appearance. Of course, same goes to those who tried impersonating other people. They will know who you truly were, even with the best of disguises and shape-changing magic spells. I was their mark of excellence in the field of storage system. But still, it never felt so wrong. /swt In the end, I managed to recover a bit of helpful hints (and my items from my previous life) from that Kafra lady. My name was Crow, a Bard (or used to be) with the 99th degree of strength. It was a name known by many, and was also feared by many. But unknown to myself, that name had more to it that in seems. Just in case you're wondering about what happened to Reira (the girl who was with me). She just woke up the next day with absolutely no traces of what happened from the previous day. Or at least I think she was trying to convince herself that it was all a just bad dream. /3swt (Chapter 4 coming soon)
NiDo Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 nice stories Greek story against Evolution story >.< post more stories i dont have any stories to share about this but i'll will read and read till it ends ...
Hrist Posted March 1, 2008 Report Posted March 1, 2008 Chapter 4: A Challenge "My name is Crow, or so I think. I am of the Bard class, 99th degree of strength. I have earned the title of hero at the rank of 70th, and became an influential person at the rank of 85th. My strength with the bow surpasses those of a skilled marksman's, and my voice has the power to enchant even the fiercest of beasts. I went on a journey to find the meaning of true strength. I searched for it, and now... I found it." After I learned everything about myself, life became easy for me. Girls were clamoring all over me, and people offered their services for me. I felt like royalty. My skills remained even in my novice adventurer form, making me highly advanced in comparison to normal novices. I passed the archer exam without even lifting a finger, and I was on my way for higher levels. Rumors of the great Crow's return has spread far and wide across the vast lands of Schwarzwald, attracting seas of people who wanted to catch a glimpse of my glory. I was practically a celebrity. Perhaps too much of a celebrity... "Crow...?" "Yes Reira?" "Can you help me train?" "Nope, sorry I am busy. I'm sorry Reira. Maybe next time?" "Next time?! You are always busy. You never had time for me. Why are you being so conceited? You have time for other people and.. and.. other women, but not for me. You treat me like I didn't exist! I am your fiance even before you were reborn! We were together even before all this! I stayed by your side through all of this years! But you... you..." "....." "I hate you Crow! I hate you!!" "Wait....." It was all going perfect for me, or at least I thought so at first. After I came out of Valkyrie's Hall of Heroes, I felt like I've reached the peak of my strength. A valkyrie welcoming me? What more could I ever ask for? Reira was still doing a bit more training as an archer, but I was ahead! The people of Prontera were at my feet once more, celebrating my official Transcendence. It was pure glorious. I thought that was the greatest moment of my life until... "....." The four winds from all over the world felt like it gathered all of its might on Prontera that day. A strong presence that rivalled mine had appeared before me, radiating a force of such ferocity that it shook the earth. I thought it was a demon that appeared before me, but I was relieved it wasn't. It was a man with long flowing hair that goes down his back, and blue eyes calm as the cerulean sea, but with fierceness like the roaring oceans. He was covered in thick metal plates from top to bottom, and a long cape with Prontera's insignia embroidered all over. He was wielding a large sword on his right hand, a sword heavy enough to knock down three people at once. His aura engulfed mine, but I tried my best to hide my fear. The bricked road cracked as he stepped forward, and it made me step back a bit. He knew I was afraid and basically powerless, and all my composure was just a bluff to prevent me from losing face in front of all the people present. My experience alone wouldn't be enough to take on his skills right now. He had the power of the gods just like mine, but he was generally more powerful in terms of skills. "....." "You're not afraid aren't you?" He gently smiled at me. I gulped a bit, and replied in an uneasy voice, "Of course I am not. Why would I?" "Good then." He smiled once more. Without notice, he jumped onto me, knocking me onto a wall. His jumping power was so devastating that his sheer brutal force broke even the wall behind me. He swept me away with his giant blade, sending me flying back. "Bowling bash!" His slashing speed was outrageous. It appeared only to hit once, but it actually hit me twice. Combined with his power, I was rendered helpless. I tried to defend myself, but I haven't learned any skills with a guitar aside from singing lessons. My Double Strafe wasn't cutting it either. "What? Is that the best you got?" The man taunted me. I coughed out blood. My vision was getting impaired due to the severe blows my body has received. I was in a daze. He continued assaulting me with painful slashes at blinding speed, and all I can do was defend myself. My bow was already broken, and all I had was my shield. It was all over for me. "Che." He smirked. "I thought you would put up a good fight, oh-so-famous Crow. I guess I expected too much from you. What a pity. Oh well, I guess its time end this." He released the full blast of his energy against me. His hair frizzled up due to the sudden outburst of power, and his eyes flared in a violent rage. Red electrical charges surged all over his body like a furious river, causing his arms and legs to tremble like mad. It wasn't the kind of trembling you get out of fear or weakness though. It was the thrill of bloodlust. "Berserker's Rage!" And then it all went blank.
Hrist Posted March 2, 2008 Report Posted March 2, 2008 "Crow, don't worry... I'll be fine." "Reira but..." "I said I'll be fine. When this is all over, let's meet each other again alright?" "I love you Crow...." "....." "......." "........." "I hate you Crow! I hate you!" "...?!" "Reira!!" "....." "My name is Crow, or so I think. I found it." Chapter 5: Realization "...ungh. W-where am I?" "Ah, so you've finally come to your senses." A familiar voice spoke. "How's your body feeling Crow?" ".... not good. It still hurts all over." Crow in a soft tone. "Thanks Reira..." "Don't thank me. I didn't do it for your sake. If gramps here didn't save you then nobody would." Reira interrupted. Crow rose up and pressed himself against the bed's headboard. He looked at Reira. It was evident that she was still mad at him from last time. He tried speaking, but the girl looked away. Crow let out a heavy sigh before gathering all of his courage. He had to say something to her at least. "Well..." He muttered. ".... I was a jerk Reira and I am well aware of it. I have been blinded by fame, and it caused me to neglect you. You're the only one I got ever since my parents passed away. You were the one who stood by my side since long before I could remember. I always relied on you, thats why I never knew how important you were to me until you're gone. I... I shouldn't have left you when you needed me the most. You are the most important person in my life." "... will you forgive me?" Reira looked down the floor in deep thought. Tears were welling down her eyes even though she tried so hard to hold it back. She looked at him, then without hesitating, she threw herself at him. "Welcome back Crow...." she sobbed. "Oww... oww... my... ribs /wah" "Oh sorry." She smiled. "Its just... I'm so happy. I thought you'd never say that." "Heh yeah. /swt By the way, where are we?" Crow asked. Suddenly, the wooden door near the foot of the bed opened. An old man emerged from outside and into the house. Now that Crow had finally regained his senses, he realized that they were no longer in Prontera. They appear to be in some sort of a small log cabin made of thick and sturdy tree trunks. It had two beds, a kitchen, and a small dining area. Different jars and animal skins decorated the entire place. Crow looked out the window beside him, and it was nothing but forest and greens. "This is my log cabin." The old man said. Crow sat on the edge of the bed and chuckled a bit. "Who's the old fart?" he joked. "Soul Strike...!!" At the old man's command, five elemental shots fired away at Crow with demolishing force, pinning him flat on the wooden wall. ".... oww. Who is this old joke?" Crow groaned in pain. The old man blew the smoke from his hand. He pulled Crow from the wall and threw him back on the bed. "Who am I? I was the one who saved your life, you ungrateful punk!" He said, hitting Crow on the head with his Rod. Crow snickered in disbelief. He looked at Reira. "Its true Crow. Gramps here saved your life" Reira added. "Lets cut to the chase shall we?" The old man interrupted. "I was reluctant to save you at first but, this young lady here begged me. You better thank her properly." "Reira..." "Well, I couldn't just leave you alone there. You were basically bathing on your own blood after you got beaten up by that person. All the people there fled in fear when they saw you fall." Reira said. ".... but even so, I just... I just couldn't leave you behind." She blushed. The old man snickered. "Ah its so good to be young. /heh" "....." Crow clenched his fists, "That guy... I... I couldn't defeat him. I was powerless. He shamed me in front of everyone. But why? What was his true motives? I... I can't just sit here and do nothing. I have to defeat him no matter what." "But Crow... How are you going to fend off against his monstrous strength? I mean, one swing of that large sword of his again and you might not live again for next time. I'm getting worried about you." Reira sadly spoke. "I... I'll find a way. I will not lose!" Crow gritted his teeth in disgust. "Ah thats the spirit!" The old man chuckled. "If you want to beat that person that badly, then I shall train you. That is, if you're worthy. However, should you decide to take up on offer, I cannot guarantee your survival. Its either come out alive, or never come out at all. So...? What do you say?" "Why... why are you doing this old man? What are you..." Crow suddenly asked. The old man stroked his beard. "Simple." "Its because I think you'd do wonders for this world. You are strong Crow, but with my help... You'll be the strongest." Crow bowed down. "I do not know your reasons or if I should believe you but thanks, and I humbly accept your offer gramps." "Starting tomorrow, you will realize the path to the true meaning of strength. I promise..."
Hrist Posted March 2, 2008 Report Posted March 2, 2008 "My name is Crow, or so I think. I am of the Bard class, 99th degree of strength. The physical and mental training was intense, ranging from the rigorous drills to field exams. Gramps never failed to amaze me each time we went out to train. The monsters come in heavy swarms in the fields of Forsaken Fields, but gramps can destroy them in one shot. I was mesmerized by the sheer power of his spells. What kind of man is he? With the power to harness the forces of nature at will, I expected him to hold a high rank in the government at least. Why does he live in solitude? There were so many questions in my head at that moment, but the excitement of seeing him fight made me forget. With a wave of his hand, I was left breathlessly amazed. "You idiiiioot!" the old man flared up in anger. "What did I do this time? /swt" Crow scratched his head. "Did I not tell you to stay close and watch? Don't go elsewhere or you'll end up dead in no time. The Forsaken Fields haven't changed for the half century! The dragoons have transmogrified this monsters into bloodthristy creatures that prowl upon the living! One mistake and it could be the end for both of us so pay attention!" The old man explained. Crow's jaw dropped, followed by a blank stare on his face. "Wow for an old man you sure do know a lot." "Shaddap! Now sit there and watch." Soon enough, I was able to assist Gramps in fighting. With my bow skills and his magic spells, we were unbeatable. Several people tried to assault us, but all ended up defeated. Monster or person, they were never a match for us. For some reason, I feel myself growing stronger as I watched Gramps in action. It was the thrill of the century for me. But soon I wondered... Would I be able to do it alone without Gramps? "Crow you shouldn't. Gramps would get mad if you left alone! Besides, its dangerous out there." Reira said, while trying to hold onto Crow's sleeve. Crow smiled and kissed the girl on the cheeks, "I'll be fine Reira. Gramps won't even know I left. I'll be back soon." I left the old cabin without letting Gramps know of my whereabouts. I was confident of my own skills, but I never knew of the dangers that were about to happen. It was almost nightfall, but still I urged on. During the trip, I kept on getting a bad feeling, but I never actually paid any attention. I thought it was just me being negative, so I carried on with my plan. But when I emerged at the 6th clearing, it was all too late. Flyings, Slimelalas, Lolitails and Foxes everywhere glared with fearful eyes all over me. It was clearly a battle I cannot win. In my condition back then, survival was not possible. I was about to turn tail when... "Uwahhhhh!!" "Crow don't panic!" "Gramps?" "Yes you dumbshit. I heard everything from Reira so I rushed here as fast as I could. But judging at our situation right now, I'd say our chances of survival is basically zero. I mean, look at that number! Were basically outmatched 100 against 2. Do you seriously think you could outrun those?" "Gramps..." "Shush you... I'm trying to..." "Graaamps...." "Not now Crow, I'm still trying to explain...." "Gramps look damnit!" "....." And then, Gramps told me the dumbest thing I have ever heard. "I know! Tell a joke Crow. ANY Joke! C'mon just spit it out boy!" "Uhh okay.... Why does Baphomet have so many children? Why? Because he's so HORNY! Get it get it?" "I.. I made a mocking hood!" "Po..po...poporing?" "Oy, its cold." The crowd went silent. Was that a bad joke? I don't know what just happened back there, but I think I found something useful. /swt

I've lived a long time here in Rune-Midgard and I have come to see a lot of things. Power, jealousy, and hardship... So what brought you here to Morroc? This land has grown corrupt with the disease of greed and selfishness. Everywhere you go, people are heartless, but I still believe that I'll find the one worthy enough to help me... There is no shortage of strong warriors in this dangerous times. But the thing I seek, I must have the help of one who is truly pure of heart..." "....." "So tell me Reira, why did you decide to take up that old fart's request anyway?" The girl stopped and stared sharply at Crow, "You knew very well Sir Chillias is a very respectable man. And besides... besides... uhh... he told me I was... I was..." "Yeah, yeah I know. I get it already. But seriously, you really believed all that nonesense? I mean, its probably just an old man's tale. Ya' know them old geezers tend to lose a few screws here and there..." Crow grunted. "Bleh, you're just jealous!" She sticked out her tongue. "Screw that! I'm leaving." He huffed. "Wait....!" "....." "I suppose I should tell you first about my grandfather, who was once a young and fearless adventurer like yourself. He traveled the world with his three friends. Four of them went together and earned themselves a reputation as a courageous team that worked specially well after many years." "Then, on what supposed to be a typical journey, they found an uncharted cave. Curious and in need of rest, the four ventured inside. There, they encountered that most horrible creature...." "...." It was Gramps that made Crow and Reira go on an errand that day. He told the two about an old acquaintance of his, Sir Chillias Tyus. He said that his old friend needed some helpers with his chores, but they never expected to get something like that. What they had now was a story that happened even before the tragedy of Forsaken City, a secret hidden deep the dark underground passages of Geffen, a place where a creature with an immense evil aura lurks within... It was the Helion Revenant. "...." "Alright, alright. So let me get this straight Reira. You're really made up your mind?" Crow asked her. Reira nodded her head. "Of course!" "But wouldn't it be too dangerous for you to go alone?" he said. The girl suddenly paused and then looked at the sky. Then she looked at Crow with those familiar eyes and smiled. "... I smell blackmail." Crow sighed. "You're one sharp cookie Crow-dear. /meow" Reira grinned. "Fine. I'll go with you if that's what you want. It would be dangerous for a high archer to go alone anyway." Crow said, shrugging his shoulders. "Yay! Thank you Crow! /lv" "....." "So where to?" He looked at her. Reira scratched her cheek a bit and looked into the map. "According to mister Clanux Heffron, we should check out an unusual training dummy at the old swordsman guild at the south of Prontera." "Alright then, let us go!" Crow and Reira checked the sand-filled grounds of the old and almost-run down remains of the swordsman guild. Long ago, the swordsmen used to train there, but by the order of the late King Tristran the II, the Swordsman guild was moved to Izlude for strategic purposes. Now, only the scars left by sword slashes has been left behind on that old training ground. It might have been deserted now, but the dreams and hopes of the young swordsmen long ago still remains bound to that place. Some of them have become legends while others have become heroes, but they will always look back to the place where they once started. Every mark they made on those straw dummies shall never be forgotten. "What a creepy place this is." Crow shivered. "Don't be a sissy. I am a girl, yet I don't cower the way you do." Reira said. Crow walked nervously as they inspected every single dummy on the area. "....!!" "What is it?!" Crow rushed over to Reira, thinking that his sweetheart might have gotten herself into danger. But instead, he found her squatting over to a raggedly-looking test dummy. "Its covered in small but weak slashes." Reira said as she ran her hands over the slightly-mutilated dummy. ".... but look at this. There seems to be some sort of wheel in it. Crow help me pull it out will you?" Crow rolled up his sleeves and then took out the small cogwheel from the dummy. "But why would something like a cogwheel be inside a test dummy?" he asked her. Reira took the cogwheel and inspected it a bit. "Hmm, nothing special to it." "Maybe we should take it back to Heffron." Crow suggested. "...." ".....!" Crow winced back. "Did you hear something Reira?" Reira wasn't paying attention at all. "......!!!!" "Its coming this way!" The ground trembled as the old building began to collapse. The brittle foundations of the structure crumble to dust as it was crushed from the inside by some unknown force. It was not until then that the sirens were alarmed all over Prontera. Panicked merchants started packing away their stuff and loading them into their carts before running for their lives. The Knights were already scrambling troops and The Special Weapons and Tactics team were called. But even with all that preparation, the true whereabouts of the danger still remains unknown. "Its an invasion!" Crow exclaimed, pushing Reira away from collapsing rubble. "Oww." Reira groaned. "Are you alright Reira?" Crow asked her. The girl searched herself for injuries, but she never found any. She smiled back and said, "I'm fine. Thanks for saving me dear." Crow blushed a bit, then forcibly shook his head. "This is seriously not the time for this. /swt" The two got up and quickly made a run behind a building not so far away from the area. When the smoke and dust clouds began to clear up, the true enemy emerged from the shadows! The sun was covered by the moon, and light vanished without a trace. A strong gust of wind ravaged the whole area, causing the trees to be pulled from its roots. Dark and violent clouds began to swirl above them, calling forth a thick and blinding blanket of fog. It wasn't long until everything fell into complete darkness. Nightmares spawned in multitude of numbers, howling with shrieks that pierced the deafening silence of the night. Those who were unlucky to be left outside the streets at that moment were ruthlessly slaughtered by the dark incarnates. Just when everyone thought it could not get any more worse, an ominous presence began to walk the blood-soaked roads of Prontera. "Come and let us talk with swords!" It was a Doppelganger.
