Need Urgent Help.

Ok so first of all i'm a new player, I installed the game, launch it and its working fine w/ music, and then it went in the game ofcourse, I quit the game first to do something

And then I started the game but then things went stupid, the music is gone just hte effects remaining, now everytime I reach 100% in loading I get stuck.

I need help please

for BGM: get ingame then alt+o to open option menu.

stuck on 100% loading: get a good internet connection or perhaps you are just lagging...

if these dont work, try to file a ticket report, it might be a bug.
