Sensation Posted March 19, 2014 Report Posted March 19, 2014 As far as I'm aware it came when we implemented Satan Morroc a long time ago ;p I even had some diabolus items lingering around if memory serves me right. But why would this be harmful? Snipers had a sniping suit which also reduced skill delay.

Why does it have to be implemented in a way whereby the skill delay is being remove? And without even notice. I have been using this robe all along, in fact it's kinda like my secret armor.May I know which GM implement it and can provide me a good explanation? GM sensation, you can go view the description of the item now whereas the skill delay of 10% is no longer in it. This is just crap. Edited March 19, 2014 by heha

I wouldn't say this is a bug because it works fine previously and there is description of the skill delay as well.There must be someone that has implement this item in order for the description to be change. I'm just furious about why isn't there any notice of this and why does it need to be implement. If it is the case of achieving 100% reduce skill delay, then I assume there should be an implement for super novice as well.
Sensation Posted March 19, 2014 Report Posted March 19, 2014 I don't know heha, like I said in my previous post, file a ticket so I can elevate it to the administrators. They'll be able to either clarify why it was done and if it was a mistake they can fix it and revert it to the original script.
